• MOUSE OPERATION Click the mouse anywhere in the chart - and the detail data for the day that the mouse is on is displayed below the charts. If there are labels, "NEXT" or "BACK" displayed, clicking the mouse on them will cause the chart to be scrolled either left or right.
  
  
• ARROW KEYS The arrow keys may be used to move the cursor LEFT or RIFHT - UP moves the whole chart forward, DOWN moves it backwards.
  
  
• CHANGING BASIC CHART TYPE The Line Type menu enables changing the chart to either a BAR, CLOSING or CANDLE chart. The display may also be changed from DAILY to WEEKLY using the Period menu.
  
  
• ANALYSIS TOOLS The Studies menu option enables a range of analysis tools to be used. The Moving Averages (Simple, Weighted, Exponential & Fibonacci) and Bollinger bands are displayed over the price data. The other studies are displayed below the price data. By selecting "Volume" or "No Volume" you may also select whether the volume is displayed. Of course, indexes and similar tickers have no associated volume - so none is displayed.
  
  
• TRADING SIGNALSThe Trading Signals menu may be used to control the overlay of BUY and SELL signals over the studies. These signals are generated mathematically. No assurance or guarantee is made regarding the accuracy of the signals or this data.
  
  
• HOW TO CHANGE THE PARAMETERS OF STUDIES An option under the Edit Chart menu is Edit Studies. When this is selected, a window is opened that offers the ability to edit the parameters of all studies. For example, the time period for any moving average may be altered in using this facility.
