"The (Artificial) Intelligent City:" Under this heading, experts, urban planners, and cultural workers from many countries and cultures will meet for discussion at the 22nd Karlsruhe Dialogues from March 2 to 4, 2018. The keynote lecture "Who Owns the Smart City Democratic Threat of Networked Urbanism" will be made by the British historian, author, and urbanist Leo Hollis on Friday, March 2, 2018 at 7.30 pm at the Audimax of Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) (building 30.95, Campus South of KIT). The Karlsruhe Dialogues are conceived and organized by ZAK I Center for Cultural and General Studies, KIT.
