SC Farm Report on Wednesday

   Livestock auctions are closed December 31, 2018 through January 4, 
2019.  
   SC Grain on Wednesday:  Corn was steady to 1 cent higher; elevator 
bids 4.04-4.15, processor bids 4.06-4.66. Soybeans were mostly 12 to 13 
cents higher and one location was steady; elevator bids 8.29-8.75, 
processor bid 8.95, and export 9.07.  New crop wheat bids were steady to 
2 cents higher; elevator bids 4.80-5.20.  
   Cotton on Wednesday. Southeast base price for 41-4/34 grade was 1.36 
lower at 68.84.  
   Fruits & Vegetables: Prices paid to SC growers at the Columbia 
State Farmers Market on Wednesday.  Beets dz bnchs Red type 20.00;
