Minnesota Feedstuffs - Prices for the week ending Tuesday, May 25, 2021

Oilseed and Animal feedstuffs were mixed this week 

Oilseeds:
       The July Soybean Meal futures closed 24.50 lower at 386.30, August closed 22.00 
lower at 386.40 and September closed 19.50 lower at 38.50. The July Soybean Oil 
futures closed 198 points lower at 66.69 cents per pound, August closed 234 points 
lower at 62.54 cents per pound and September closed 182 points lower at 60.61 cents 
per pound. The Truck delivery of high protein Soybean Meal in Minnesota was 24.50 to 
26.50 lower from 371.30-379.30, the basis was from 15.00 to 7.00 under the July 
Soybean Meal futures. Linseed Meal, 34 pct protein was 25.00 to 40.00 lower from 
300.00-310.00 in the North Dakota-Minnesota area. Sunflower Meal, 13 pct fiber, 34 
pct protein was steady to 25.00 higher from 250.00-295.00 in the North Dakota-
Minnesota area. Canola Meal was 24.50 to 39.50 lower from 291.30-321.30, the basis 
was steady to 15.00 lower from 95.00 to 65.00 under the July Soybean Meal futures. 
Soybean Oil in Minnesota was 198 points lower from 86.69-95.19 cents per pound, the 
basis was steady from 2000 to 2850 points over the July Soybean Oil futures.

Animal Protein: 
       Meat and Bone Meal, 50 pct protein was steady to 45.00 higher from 290.00-
370.00; Pork was steady to 10.00 higher from 350.00-425.00. Yellow Grease was steady 
from 41.00-44.00 cents per pound. Choice White Grease was steady from 47.00-52.00 
cents per pound. Feather Meal was steady to 50.00 lower from 400.00-500.00, with an 
instance of 625.00. Ruminant Blood Meal was steady from 950.00-1000.00; Pork was 
25.00 to 75.00 higher from 975.00-1025.00.

Millfeeds:
  Wheat Middlings were 5.00 higher from 140.00-180.00.

Bids/Offers prices are FOB, bulk per ton, in carlots unless specified.
