Futures pricing suggests that Australian equities will shed about 0.4 per cent when the market opens on Monday, after a negative lead from Wall Street. US shares retreated on Friday in response to data showing that just 73,000 jobs were created in July and the data for the previous two months was revised down by a combined 258,000. The greenback also fell, prompting a rise in the Australian dollar to $US64.70. Meanwhile, the start of Australia's earnings season will be a focus for local investors in the coming week. The S&P/ASX 200 fell 0.92 per cent to 8,662 points on Friday..
