Fieldguide, an AI-native platform built for audit and advisory practices, has secured $75m in a Series C funding round led by Growth Equity at Goldman Sachs Alternatives.
Geodesic joined the financing as a new investor, while existing backers Bessemer Venture Partners, 8VC and Thomson Reuters also participated.
With this latest capital infusion, the San Francisco, US-headquartered company has raised $125m in total funding, valuing it at around $700m.
In a statement, Fieldguide said that the proceeds will enable the company to help audit and advisory practices aEURoegrow with agentic AIaEUR.

It further added that the companyaEUR(TM)s software is used by aEURoehalf of the Top 100 US accounting firmsaEUR, and listed Baker Tilly, BDO, CBIZ, Forvis Mazars, Grant Thornton, KPMG and RSM US among its clients.
