Job openings for mechanics, welders, and electricians are available and open to people with disabilities; professionals from other areas may join the company's talent pool.
Professionals in the automotive sector seeking growth opportunities at one of the largest companies in the region have a date set to boost their careers. On February 7th (Saturday) , Bracell , a global leader in the production of dissolving pulp, will hold a Job Fair focused on hiring in the coming months. The event will take place from 9 am to 2 pm at Senai, in Lençóis Paulista.
The opportunities are a result of the expansion of the company's automotive operations in the municipality and region , encompassing different positions and levels — from junior to senior — working in areas such as Harvesting, Loading, Road Network, Central Workshop, Forestry, and Timber Yard . Among the main roles are automotive mechanics, welders, and electricians . In addition, there are also opportunities for drivers and forestry machine operators.
During the job fair, in addition to receiving candidates for the Automotive sector, who should bring a printed resume, professionals from other areas can also submit their resumes for inclusion in the company's talent pool for future opportunities. Bracell emphasizes that all positions are open to people with disabilities (PWD) .
According to Angélica Martins, Human Resources Manager at Bracell , the expansion of the workforce is part of a structured growth plan that prioritizes valuing local labor. "More than just filling vacancies, we are looking for professionals who want to build a career. We want to attract talent from Lençóis Paulista and the surrounding region to grow with the company, in an environment that values ??professional development," she states.
This purpose is reflected in the career path of Rogério Aparecido dos Santos , the current Automotive Maintenance Supervisor at Bracell . With the company since 2007, he began his career as a harvesting machine operator, progressed through the roles of mechanic and maintenance leader before assuming the supervisory position. "I am a living example that when you strive and give your best, recognition comes. I started as a machine operator and today I am a supervisor. With dedication and commitment, opportunities arise," emphasizes Rogério, who also highlights the company's support throughout his professional development.
Selection for job openings
During the Job Fair, candidates interested in positions in the automotive sector will undergo an in-person screening with the Bracell HR team and receive guidance on the next steps. It's important to note that the company will only accept printed resumes delivered on-site. With hiring planned to begin in March 2026, this initiative boosts the regional economy, generating income and strengthening the industrial hub in the interior of São Paulo state.
