Capsol Technologies ASA referred to its 13 March 2026 announcement launching a subsequent offering of up to 3,500,000 new shares at a fixed subscription price of NOK 5.20 per share.
The subscription period in the Subsequent Offering starts today, 16 March 2026, at 09:00 CET, and expires on 27 March 2026 at 16:30 CET, subject to extension (the "Subscription Period").
Subscription rights that are not used to subscribe for Offer Shares before the expiry of the Subscription Period will have no value and will lapse without compensation to the holder.
Subscribers resident in Norway holding a Norwegian national identity number (Nw.: fødsels- og personnummer) may subscribe for Offer Shares by way of online subscription.
