Central Bancompany, an US-based financial institution, is preparing for an initial public offering (IPO) in the US with a target valuation of up to $5.72bn, reported Reuters.
The bank is aiming to raise as much as $426.7m by selling 17.8 million shares, with proposed pricing between $21 and $24 per share.A

Last month, Central Bancompany filed to list its shares on the Nasdaq Global Select Market with the symbol aEURoeCBC".A
As of 30 June 2025, Central Bancompany reported total assets of $19.1bn, along with $14.2bn in wealth assets under advice.A
The group operates through its subsidiary, The Central Trust Bank, providing consumer and commercial banking services, as well as wealth management products.AA
Its activities are primarily concentrated in Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma and Colorado.A
At the end of June 2025, the firm operated 156 full-service branches and had an estimated deposit market share of 24% across its markets.A
