Decision Notice - CIRO Sanctions Christina (Lorna) Cole

VANCOUVER, BC, Jul 28, 2026 (CNW Group via COMTEX) --

Following a sanctions hearing, held on June 24, 2026, a hearing panel of the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO) under the Mutual Fund Dealer Rules imposed the following sanctions on Christina (Lorna) Cole:

Christina Cole is also required to pay costs in the amount of $7,500.

In an agreed statement of facts, Christina Cole admitted she misappropriated or failed to account for monies that she obtained from investment or bank accounts of clients.

The violations occurred while Christina Cole was a Registered Representative with BMO Investments Inc. in the Squamish, British Columbia area. Christina Cole is not currently registered in the securities industry in any capacity.
