Designed to accommodate 50-60 organizations, the center will provide subsidized rent and shared resources such as meeting rooms, front desk services, and event spaces. Demolition and renovations are set to begin later this year, with plans to open within two years.

Potential tenants include 100 Black Men of Phoenix, 100 Black Women of Phoenix, African American Christian Clergy Coalition, Black Chamber of Arizona, City of Phoenix Aviation Department, HeroZona Foundation, NAACP (Maricopa) and many others.
