Commercial real estate agency JLL is facing court action from former CEO Dan Kernaghan and former human resources boss Julie Skinner, following the failure of mediation between JLL and the pair. Kernaghan and Skinner are claiming their workplace rights were breached when JLL sacked them over their handling of sexual harassment allegations, with JLL possibly having to pay the two million of dollars in compensation if the proposed court action goes against it..
