AustraliaaEUR(TM)s integrated multimodal transport provider Kelsian Group has agreed to provide workforce transportation services for the CP2 LNG (liquefied natural gas) project in Louisiana, US.
Hotard Coaches, a subsidiary of KelsianaEUR(TM)s All Aboard America! Holdings (AAAHI), has signed a binding contract with the projectaEUR(TM)s engineering, procurement and construction contractor Worley Field Services.
The contract, valued at approximately $59m, was awarded to Hotard following a competitive tender process.
Hotard Coaches will provide workforce transportation services for the projectaEUR(TM)s construction and development phase.
It encompasses a comprehensive transport solution including vehicles, operations, maintenance and onsite management.
The scope and volume of the transportation services will be in line with the project's milestones and the workforce volume at the construction site, varying throughout the contract period.
Kelsian anticipates that the initial work scope for Hotard will span approximately three years until August 2028.

The CP2 LNG terminal facility will be situated on a site of around 1,150 acres adjacent to Venture GlobalaEUR(TM)s Calcasieu Pass LNG facility in Cameron Parish, Louisiana. A
The associated marine plant will be located on Monkey Island, between the Calcasieu Ship Channel and Calcasieu Pass.
The proposed CP Express natural gas pipeline will originate in Jasper County, Texas, and pass via Newton County, Texas, and Calcasieu Parish, Louisiana, before it ends at the CP2 LNG terminal in Cameron Parish.
Earlier this month, Venture Global started full mobilisation and commenced site work at the CP2 LNG project, which is expected to provide US LNG to customers in Europe, Japan and other allies across the world.
The project is expected to support around 3,000 new jobs in Louisiana.
