Millennium Management has reportedly sold a minority stake representing around 15% to a group of investors in a deal valued at up to $2bn.

The sale process involved Petershill, a division of Goldman Sachs Group, which valued the company and helped identify buyers.A

The investor group includes several large institutions, high-net-worth individuals, and MillenniumaEUR(TM)s senior executives.A
This stake sale forms part of MillenniumaEUR(TM)s succession planning strategy and aims to diversify ownership and ensure long-term stability for the firm.A
