Industry veterans from Goldman Sachs, Hightower Advisors, and H.I.G. Capital have launched a new private markets investment firm, Peak Altitude Partners (PeakAlts).
Based in New York, the new firm offers curated alternative asset solutions specifically tailored for RIAs, family offices, multi-family offices, and endowments.
It currently advises on over $30bn in assets through its partner ecosystem.
PeakAlts focuses on providing hard-to-access investments, carrying out institutional-grade diligence, and negotiating terms for alternative investments.
The companyaEUR(TM)s focus spans private equity, private credit, real assets, esoterics, and niche co-investments.
The firm leverages integrated technology to create an exclusive investment ecosystem, complete with an automated subscription process and comprehensive fund administration and performance reporting.
Before co-founding PeakAlts, Joshua Desai served at Goldman Sachs, most recently as co-head of private credit in alternative capital markets.
His responsibilities included sourcing, structuring, and syndicating private markets exposure for Goldman Sachs' wealth management clients. Mr. Desai's prior experience includes positions at Credit Suisse and Lehman Brothers.

Adriana Tullman, also a co-founder of PeakAlts, previously held leadership roles at Manna Tree and Sound Ventures.
Her extensive background includes nearly a decade at Hightower Advisors, a national RIA with over $160bn in AUM, where she spearheaded marketing, strategy, and advisor development.
Richard Boghosian, another co-founder, brings to PeakAlts his experience as a senior private equity investor at H.I.G. Capital and Cohere Capital. His career began at State Street Bank and included a stint in investment banking at BB&T Capital Markets.
