Augspurger will continue to operate her independent consulting firm, Strategic Relationships & Counsel (SRC), which focuses on strategic business and economic development advising.

A trusted counselor to senior leaders and boards, Augspurger delivers a broad range of legal services grounded in decades of public and private sector leadership. Her practice includes complex commercial transactions, governance, regulatory compliance, public-private partnerships, procurement, and litigation and risk management. She is especially known for helping clients navigate high-stakes decisions, managing legal and regulatory complexity, and building strong cross-sector collaborations.
