Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc. (O&R) is restoring power after high winds and frigid temperatures affected its service area.
Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc. (O&R) continues to restore power to customers after yesterday's high winds and frigid temperatures impacted the service area.
O&R's emergency response crew members and 50 mutual aid workers have restored power to more than 4,600 customers since yesterday afternoon. Currently, O&R crews are working to restore power to all remaining customers. However, O&R strongly recommends that all customers report new outages immediately so our crews can restore service as quickly as possible, especially during this extreme cold.
