SAminn hf. completed the sale of a new general bond series SIMINN 29 1 under its ISK 9,000,000,000 issuance framework.
A total of 16 bids were received, with a nominal value of ISK 4,440,000,0000, at a premium ranging from 1.05% - 1.30% on 1M REIBOR. It was decided to accept all bids with a nominal value of ISK 4,440,000,000 at a premium of 1.30% on 1M REIBOR.
In connection with the offering, current holders of the bond series SIMINN 26 1 were given the option to sell at a clean price of 100.10 to pay for the purchases. The outcome of the swap offering results in Síminn purchasing a total of ISK 1,340,000,000 in nominal value in the series SIMINN 26 1.
The payment and settlement date is scheduled for March 18, 2026, and subsequently, an application will be made for the bond series to be listed on the Main Market of Nasdaq Iceland.
Íslandsbanki hf. acted as the manager of the issuance and sale of the bonds as well as the listing of the bonds on the Main Market of Nasdaq Iceland.
The base prospectus and the supplement to the base prospectus have been published in connection with the company's issuance framework.
This was not a public offering. The offering was also exempt from the requirement to prepare a prospectus based on points c and d, paragraph 4, article 1 of the European Union and Council Regulation (EU) No. 2017/1129 on the prospectus to be published when securities are offered in a public offering or admitted to trading on a regulated market, cf. Act No. 14/2020 on the same subject.
