The Board of Directors of Summit Bancshares, Inc., at a meeting held on April 17, 2024, in recognition of the bank's 42nd year in business, declared a one-time special cash dividend of $0.42 per share, payable on June 28, 2024, to holders of record as of the close of business on May 31, 2024.
