 Compared to last week feeder steers 2.00 lower, feeder heifers and bulls
too few to trend, slaughter cows 8.00 lower, slaughter bulls 10.00 
lower. Feeder Steers: Medium and Large 1 400-500 lbs 245.00-290.00; 500-
600 lbs 240.00-257.50. Feeder Bulls: Medium and Large 1 400-500 lbs 
270.00-290.00; 500-600 lbs none reported. Feeder Heifers: Medium and 
Large 1 400-500 lbs 250.00-265.00; 500-600 lbs 225.00-235.00. Slaughter 
Cows: Breakers 75-80% lean 117.00-133.00; Boners 80-85% lean 114.00-
137.00; High Dressing 117.00-130.00; Lean 85-90% lean 107.00-128.00; Lean 
low dressing 65.00-116.00. Slaughter Bulls: Average dressing 130.00-166.00;
High Dressing none reported; Low Dressing 120.00-131.50. 
   Goats: [204] A Week Ago: 168 Reported Monday to Wednesday. Slaughter 
and replacement classes sold on a per head basis and weights are

   SC Grain on Friday. Corn bids were mostly 4 cents lower; elevator bids 
4.06-4.71, processor bids 4.51. Soybean new crop bids were 1 cent lower; 
elevator bids 9.62-9.92, processor bid 10.72 and Exports 10.47-10.49. 
Wheat bids were 3 to 6 cents higher; elevator bids 5.08.
   Cotton on Friday. Southeast base price for 41-4/34 grade was .49 
higher at 68.52.
   Fruits & Vegetables: Prices paid to SC growers at the Columbia State
