   SC Cattle Auctions Weekly Review: Compared to last week, feeder steers 
were 1.50 lower, feeder heifers were unevenly steady, feeder bulls were 
too few to trend. Slaughter cows were 6.00 higher, and slaughter bulls 
were steady. Feeder Steers: Medium and Large 1 400-500 lbs 269.00-280.00; 
500-600 lbs 241.00-262.50. Feeder Bulls: Medium and Large 1 400-500 lbs 
275.00-300.00; 500-600 lbs 250.00-260.00. Feeder Heifers: Medium and 
Large 1 400-500 lbs 228.00-265.00; 500-600 lbs 221.00-249.00. Slaughter 
Cows: Breakers 75-80% lean 118.00-154.00; Boners 80-85% lean 111.00-
163.00; High Dressing 159.00-174.00; Lean 85-90% lean 106.00-138.00; Lean 
low dressing 64.00-115.00. Slaughter Bulls: Average dressing 125.00-
160.00; High Dressing 155.00-158.00; Low Dressing 90.00-145.00. 
   Goats: [210] A Week Ago: 275 Reported Monday to Wednesday. Slaughter 
and replacement classes sold on a per head basis and weights are 
estimated. Kids: Sel 1 20-40 lbs 25.00-95.00, 40-60 lbs 60.00-95.00; 
Sel 2 20-40 lbs 30.00-45.00, 40-60 lbs 30.00-85.00. Does/Nannies: Sel 1

   SC Grain on Friday. Corn bids were 2 cents lower; elevator bids 
4.09-4.74, processor bids 4.54. New Crop Soybean bids were 18 to 19 cents 
lower; elevator bids 9.20-9.50, processor bid 9.75 and export 10.05. 
Wheat bids were 1 to 17 cents lower; elevator bids 5.13.
   Cotton on Friday. Southeast base price for 41-4/34 grade was 0.23 
higher at 66.99.
