SC Farm Report on Monday

   National direct slaughter cattle weekly summary. Weighted averages
for all grades, Standard to Prime, mostly Select and Choice. Live FOB
steers n/a, heifers n/a. Dressed delivered steers n/a, heifers n/a.  
Weekly boxed beef cutout values for 600-900 carcass weights Choice 316.39,
up 1.15 and Select 283.86, up 3.38.
   National direct feeder pigs last Friday, per head weighted average
prices are delivered to the buyer's farm. Feeder pigs 10-12 lbs cash 
basis 64.71; 40 lbs cash basis 82.66.
   Hogs on Friday. Plant delivered weighted average. National direct 
Barrows & Gilts US 1 50-54% lean 240-300 lbs price was .09 lower at 78.93.  
Sows live price 300-449 lbs 39.69, 450-499 lbs 52.01, and 500-549 lbs 49.80.
   SC Grain on Monday: Corn bids were 3 to 15 cents higher; elevator bids 
4.50-5.15, processor bids 5.05-5.25.  Soybeans bids were mostly 6 cents 
lower; elevator bids 9.52-9.62, processor bid 10.12 and export 10.22.  
Wheat bids were mixed, 2 cents lower to 24 cents higher; elevator bids 
4.90-5.45.
   Cotton on Monday. Southeast base price for 41-4/34 grade was 0.21 
lower at 67.31.
