SC Farm Report on Tuesday

   Cattle at SC Auctions on Monday: Feeder Steers Medium and Large 1 
400-500 lbs none reported, 500-600 lbs 320.00. Feeder Bulls: Medium 
and Large 1 400-500 lbs 317.50-367.50, 500-600 lbs none reported. Feeder 
Heifers: Medium and Large 1 400-500 lbs 285.00-305.00, 500-600 lbs 
260.00-265.00. Slaughter cows: Breakers 75-80% lean 130.00-147.00; Boners 
80%-85% lean 127.00-153.00; Lean 85-90% lean 98.00-144.00; Lean low 
dressing 85.00-108.00. Slaughter Bulls: Average Dressing 1225-2000 lbs 
151.00-169.00; High Dressing 1570-2110 lbs 170.00-188.00; Low Dressing

Barrows & Gilts US 1 50-54% lean 250-300 lbs were not reported. 
Sows live price 300-450 lbs 70.65; 450-500 lbs 77.00; 500-550 lbs 80.60.     
   SC Grain on Tuesday: Corn bids were 6 cents higher; elevator 
bids 4.97-5.72, processor bids 5.77. Soybeans were 2 cents higher; 
elevator bids 10.18-10.38, processor bid 10.73, and exports were
10.58. Wheat bids were 4 to 6 cents higher; elevator bids 5.44.
   Cotton on Tuesday. Southeast base price for 41-4/34 grade was 0.51 
higher at 67.82.
