SC Farm Report on Tuesday

   Cattle at SC Auctions on Monday: Feeder Steers Medium and Large 1 
400-500 lbs 350.00-415.00, 500-600 lbs 350.00-377.50. Feeder Bulls: 
Medium and Large 1 400-500 lbs 350.00-414.00, 500-600 lbs 285.00-335.00. 
Feeder Heifers: Medium and Large 1 400-500 lbs 310.00-360.00, 500-600 lbs 
270.00-315.00. Slaughter cows: Breakers 75-80% lean 142.00-165.00; Boners 
80%-85% lean 139.00-166.00; Lean 85-90% lean 122.50-145.00; Lean low 
dressing 109.00-117.00. Slaughter Bulls: Average Dressing 1110-1955 lbs 
153.00-192.00; High Dressing 1825 lbs 190.00; Low Dressing

   Hogs on Monday: Plant delivered weighted average. National Direct 
Barrows & Gilts US 1 50-54% lean 250-300 lbs were 68.29. 
Sows live price 300-450 lbs 68.45; 450-500 lbs 74.34; 500-550 lbs 78.99.     
   SC Grain on Tuesday: Corn bids were 2-3 cents lower; elevator 
bids 5.28, processor bids 5.33. Soybeans were 2-3 cents lower; 
elevator bids 9.92-10.12, processor bids 10.52, and exports were
10.17. Wheat bids were 2-3 cents lower; elevator bids 5.05.
   Cotton on Tuesday. Southeast base price for 41-4/34 grade was 51 cents  
lower at 64.97.
   Fruits & Vegetables: Prices paid to SC growers at the Columbia State
