SC Farm Report on Tuesday

   Cattle at SC Auctions on Monday: Feeder Steers Medium and Large 1 
400-500 lbs 385.00-412.50, 500-600 lbs 350.00-370.00. Feeder Heifers: 
Medium and Large 1 400-500 lbs 350.00-375.00, 500-600 lbs 320.00-340.00. 
Feeder Bulls: Medium and Large 1 400-500 lbs 380.00-415.00, 500-600 
lbs 360.00. Slaughter Cows: Breakers 75-80% lean 155.00-171.00; 
Boners 80%-85% lean 147.00-176.00; Lean 85-90% lean 135.00-159.00; Lean 
low dressing 100.00-150.00. Slaughter Bulls: Average Dressing 1300-1955

   Hogs on Monday: Plant delivered weighted average. National Direct Barrows 
& Gilts US 1 50-54% lean 250-300 lbs were 19 cents higher at 84.37. Sows live 
price 300-450 lbs 80.14; 450-500 lbs 89.87; 500-550 lbs 90.69. 
   SC Grain on Tuesday: Corn bids were 5 to 18 cents lower; elevator bids 
3.86-4.74, processor bids 4.39-4.89. Soybeans were 7 cents lower; elevator bids 
9.21, export bids 10.41. Wheat bids were 3 to 8 cents lower; elevator bids 
4.01-4.69.      
   Cotton on Tuesday: Southeast base price for 41-4/34 grade was 1.10 lower 
at 65.55.
   Fruits & Vegetables: Prices paid to SC growers at the Columbia State
