SC Farm Report on Tuesday

   Cattle at SC Auctions on Monday: Feeder Steers Medium and Large 1 
400-500 lbs 390.00-445.00, 500-600 lbs 350.00-412.50. Feeder Heifers: 
Medium and Large 1 400-500 lbs 335.00-405.00, 500-600 lbs 330.00-367.50. 
Feeder Bulls: Medium and Large 1 400-500 lbs 350.00-450.00, 500-600 lbs 
340.00-387.50. Slaughter Cows: Breakers 75-80% lean 152.00-208.00; Boners 
80%-85% lean 115.00-190.00; Lean 85-90% lean 133.00-165.00; Lean low 
dressing 114.00-145.00. Slaughter Bulls: Average Dressing 1205-1980 lbs 
183.00-215.00; High Dressing 1450-1810 lbs 160.00-221.00; Low Dressing

   Hogs on Monday: Plant delivered weighted average. National Direct Barrows 
& Gilts US 1 50-54% lean 250-300 lbs were not reported. Sows live price 
300-450 lbs 92.51; 450-500 lbs 100.45; 500-550 lbs 101.97. 
   SC Grain on Tuesday: Corn bids were 2 to 18 cents lower; elevator bids 
3.69-4.72, processor bids 4.62. New Crop Soybeans were 2 cents higher; 
elevator bids 9.84-10.09, export bids 10.74-10.84. Wheat bids were mixed, 
2 cents lower to 3 cents higher; elevator bids 4.12-4.49.      
   Cotton on Tuesday: Southeast base price for 41-4/34 grade was 52 cents 
lower at 64.47.
   Fruits & Vegetables: Prices paid to SC growers at the Columbia State 
Farmers Market on Tuesday.  Apples buctns Gala/Fuji/Honeycrisp 32.00;
