SC Farm Report on Tuesday

   Cattle at SC Auctions on Monday: Feeder Steers Medium and Large 1 400-500 
lbs 420.00-427.50, 500-600 lbs 365.00-389.00. Feeder Heifers: Medium and 
Large 1 400-500 lbs 390.00-397.50, 500-600 lbs 340.00. Feeder Bulls: Medium 
and Large 1 400-500 lbs 382.50-430.00, 500-600 lbs 372.50. Slaughter Cows: 
Breakers 75-80% lean 168.00-169.00; Boners 80%-85% lean 154.00-174.00; Lean 
85-90% lean 143.00-154.00; Lean low dressing 60.00-137.00. Slaughter Bulls: 
Average Dressing 1935-2085 lbs 188.00-192.00; High Dressing none reported; 
Low Dressing 940-1640 lbs 148.00-179.00. Cow/Calf Pairs: Medium and Large

   Hogs on Monday: Plant delivered weighted average. National Direct Barrows 
& Gilts US 1 50-54% lean 250-300 lbs were not reported. Sows live price 
300-450 lbs 73.41; 450-500 lbs 83.08; 500-550 lbs 84.49. 
   SC Grain on Tuesday: Corn bids were 6 cents lower; elevator bids 3.75-
4.95, processor bid 4.85. New Crop Soybean bids were 9 cents lower; elevator 
bids 9.51-9.71, export bid 10.26. Wheat bids were 6-11 cents lower; elevator 
bid 4.48.      
   Cotton on Tuesday: Southeast base price for 41-4/34 grade was 27 cents 
higher at 64.27.
   Fruits & Vegetables: Prices paid to SC growers at the Columbia State
