Benchmark prices are steady. Next week's asking prices are unchanged for
all sizes. The undertone is steady. Demand is in a full range, light to at
times fairly good. Supplies are mostly moderate to fully adequate.
Offerings remain light. Market activity is slow to moderate. Small
benchmark pricing is $4.73.
CALIFORNIA:
Shell egg marketer's benchmark price for negotiated egg sales of
USDA Grade AA and Grade AA in cartons, cents per dozen. This
price does not reflect discounts or other contract terms.
